The Challenge

We All Need a Little Help

There are two main challenges the organization faces:

  • Inventory tracking
  • Internal database of external organizations:
    1. to use as a reference for clients
    2. that compiles feedback on the quality of their client's experiences with those services

Think of an internal Yelp for referral organizations

The Challenge

The LSA Family Health Services could use help with the following organizational pain points.

Inventory Tracking

A way to track services and resources for the LSA organization that will help make their offerings more efficient.

Client Management

A database solution that will allow LSA to use this database as a reference for clients and the services provided to each

Customer Experience Feedback

Think an an internal Yelp for referral organizations that compiles feedback on the quality of their client's experiences with those services
